SDM Heritage in partnership with the Gauteng Provincial Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation (DSACR) will host Imbawula Storytelling to encourage the Oral History Project through story-telling and the sharing of indigenous knowledge.
An inaugural programme in partnership with Bonny Events and supported by Gauteng Province Department of Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation will showcase local talent and promote our regional museums.
An event jointly hosted by the National Heritage Council (NHC), the Vaal University of Technology (VUT), and Gauteng DSACR. Key stakeholders include key stakeholders such as Khulumani Support Group, Sharpeville Foundation, Wilberforce College and local schools.

On the 64th Anniversary of the Sharpeville Massacre, we honour the lives lost and the courage of those who protested against apartheid pass laws. In 2024 we're also celebrating 30 years of a democratic South Africa.
